Program of Reverse Mortgage Concert Event

The Orchestra organized awareness dinner is arranged to be an evening of good food, entertainment and information. The event kick starts at 5pm at the Boca Raton, Florida. The talented Orchestra Toronto will be on hand to thrill guest with their full size orchestra band.  

The event starts with a welcome speech and musical performances by a limited number of the orchestra. Dinner is to be served at 7pm. Dinner is a three-course meal with options of Chinese, seafood and regular standard dishes. During the dinner about 3 speakers will give short speeches on reverse mortgages. After dinner and the reverse mortgage speeches the complete Orchestra Toronto will take center stage and will thrill the audience for about 2 hours.  

The speech to open the program will include a brief highlight on the Orchestra Toronto Band, their love and support for reverse mortgages and the program of events. During dinner, a first speaker will come to explain the structure and design of reverse mortgage loans, its types, stressing its’ uniqueness and how it is customized to accommodate older seniors. 

The second speaker will discuss on the legal aspects of reverse mortgages as well as how to apply and qualify for the loans. This speaker will aim to inform the audience on the responsibility of both the reverse mortgage lender and the beneficiary of the loans. The audience will be helped to see how to apply for the loans as well as the qualifications criteria.  

The last speaker will talk on reverse mortgage loan benefits and why and when it may not be suitable. Seniors in the audience can thus better evaluate their circumstances and see if they should consider a reverse mortgage loan.  

Since the event is meant to be relaxing, the 3 speakers would each give their speeches for less than 15 minutes. The style of delivery is conversational, informal and relaxed.
